CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that cancellations not given within 24 hours of scheduled appointments may be subjected a cancellation service fee “No Show” appointments will be charged the full service fee.
Please arrive 5 minutes or on time for your scheduled appointment, This will ensure that you have the full time allotted for your scheduled treatment.
Clients who may experience COVID-19 symptoms and contact the clinic (email/telephone) with evidence WILL be exempt. In the case whereby you unable to make it to the appointment based on a medical/health reason. Our team will reschedule the consultation/treatment.

All payments are required to be paid in full at the time of treatment, We accept all major credit cards as well as e-transfers for virtual consultations. Unfortunately, no personal cheques are accepted.
